Players from Sweden continue to reign over the rest of the online poker community. This week in the PocketFives Rankings, four of the top six players worldwide, and five of the top eight, hail from the Scandinavian country. And the #1 player, who calls Sweden home, just padded his lead over the pack.

It has been a volatile last four weeks in the PocketFives Rankings. On January 20, Sweden’s ‘eisenhower1‘, who had been #1 for four months, was bucked from the top spot worldwide. Then, ‘veeea‘ assumed the helm for three weeks. Now, there’s a new sheriff in town.

PocketFives members ‘gray31‘ (ranked #14 worldwide) of Costa Rica and ‘LilFishAtL‘ of Mexico were part of a three-way chop in the PokerStars Sunday Million weekly flagship tournament over the weekend. The former was awarded with a payday of $156,406 for his official runner-up performance while “LilFishAtl” took home $141,000 for the victory.
