Your user-generated content and public profile shared via PokerStake will be visible to other users of PokerStake.

We have invested heavily in our server, database, backup, firewall, and encryption technologies to secure the data we collect and process. These technologies are implemented as part of a state-of-the-art security infrastructure.

15.1 GGPass is a service that provides you with a Single Sign-On (SSO) feature for streamlined onboarding and account management across multiple platforms.
15.2 By utilizing GGPass to facilitate access to other platforms, you agree to the transferring of your data to a third party. The legal basis for the transferring of that data is your consent. However, the third party acts as a separate data controller, and any data processing performed by it, is done independently of us. If you use GGPass to facilitate the onboarding and account management with a third party, that third party becomes a data controller of your personal information.
