On Thursday, Galfond won €165,417.31 off of ‘ActionFreak.’ Entering the day, Galfond was in the lead by €103,341.37. With this latest win, Galfond’s lead has been stretched to €271,153.08.

Galfond and ‘ActionFreak’ are playing 15,000 hands of €150-300 PLO, so they have about 4,000 hands remaining. The matches have been playing out on partypoker. At the end of the 15,000-hand sample, the leader will earn an additional €150,000 from his opponent.
