Now in the home stretch towards the $1 million guaranteed Main Event, the 888poker XL Inferno crowned three more champions on Wednesday with Sweden’s ‘LivinThDream’ grabbing the biggest score of all as the only player to pocket a five-figure score.

Event #19: $50,000 Eight Max

Three days ago, Sweden’s ‘LivinThDream’ finished third in XL Inferno Event #10 to come oh-so-close to an XL Inferno title. He avoided a repeat of that close call on Wednesday after beating out 458 other players to win Event #19 ($50,000 Eight Max) for $12,578.

Greek grinder Misailidis ‘xanthifan’ Kostas picked up $9,268 for finishing as runner-up. Argentina’s ‘SHIGAON770‘ finished third for $6,792.12.

Event #20: $15,000 Mini Eight Max

After working their way through 1,017 opponents – who wracked up 404 rebuys – in Event #20 ($15,000 Mini Eight Max), Russia’s ‘FanToM186‘ and Greece’s ‘trixakias‘ took the remaining $4,875.66 and chopped it up. ‘FanToM186’ finished the tournament on top, earning $2,260.44 and the title. ‘trixakias‘ took home $2,615.22 in the deal.

Argentina’s ‘Dejavu.turn‘ had to settle for $1,551.07 as the third-place finisher.

Event #21: $15,000 Late Eight Max

As the day was winding down, Romania’s ‘POK_33_TATOO‘ was busy putting a bow on his first XL Inferno title, taking down Event #21 ($15,000 Late Eight Max) for $3,198.

‘Limonad19‘ finished second, missing out on a chance to give Russia two XL Inferno wins on Wednesday, for $2,356. Leonardo ‘Le0_Maga’ Magagnin of Brazil took the final podium spot, finishing third for $1,727.
