Three of the most respected high roller regulars each walked away with more than $400,000 in earnings on Thursday in the GGPoker Spring Festival action after they agreed to chopping up the biggest buy-in event on the schedule.

The headliner for the opening of the GGPoker Spring Festival on Saturday was deadmau5 but once action got underway the poker players took over and one Canadian stole the show and walked away with a seven-figure score.

Ireland’s Daniel Smyth won his way into the World Poker Tour Online Knockout Championship for just $33 and ended up turning that into a score of $413,392.75, a ticket to the WPT Tournament of Champions, and a date to have his name engraved on the WPT Mike Sexton Champions Cup.
