Jack Hardcastle became the second World Poker Tour champion crowned this week after the UK-based online pro won the $3,200 WPT Montreal Online Main Event on partypoker for a career-high score of $447,859 as well as a seat in the $15,000 2021 WPT Tournament of Champions.
After four starting flights and 2,130 entries, the first-ever World Poker Tour Online Championship Event saw just 398 players return for Day 2 on Monday. And at the end of the day, it was Super High Roller savant Sam Greenwood who assumed the overnight chip lead heading into Day 3.
