Taking the event online, PokerCentral partnered with partypoker on a 30-event schedule that had buy-ins ranging from $10,300 to $51,000 mirroring the live version of the Poker Masters.
In Wednesday’s Poker Masters Online action on partypoker, Dan Smith and Sebastian Lewin were the winners of the two events that took place. Smith won Event #21 and Lewin won Event #22. But, it was another high-stakes pro grabbing headlines with a pair of top-four finishes for a combined $291,900.

More Poker Masters Online action took place on Friday on partypoker, with Event #12: $500K Gtd [PLO, 6-Max] and Event #13: $500K Gtd [NLH, 6-Max] playing out. Both events had buy-ins of $10,300 and together they combined for $1.55 million in prize money. Taking home the titles were Laszlo Bujtas and Luuk Gieles.
Two more winners were crowned in the Poker Masters Online series at partypoker on Thursday. Event #10: $500K Gtd [NLH, 8-Max] was won by Kahle Burns and Michael Addamo took first place in Event #11: $500K Gtd [NLH, 6-Max]. Both earned almost $300,000 for the victories.
On Monday, the first-ever Poker Masters Online continued with more high-stakes action on partypoker. After Sunday’s opening day brought us the first three events of the series, Monday followed it up with two more. Winning the events were Mike Watson and Andras Nemeth, with both taking home right around a quarter of a million dollars.

We have a winner! Martin Jacobson (pictured) has won the 2014 World Series of Poker Main Event, defeating Felix Stephensen heads-up after starting with nearly a 3:1 chip lead. Jacobson received a bundle of praise for playing a near-perfect game from many in the poker community throughout the night. The final tabled last 328 hands.
