The poker world will unite in Las Vegas on April 5 when the Global Poker Index and Poker Central hold the new, unified, first-ever Global Poker Awards, presented by online poker site PokerStars.

The 15th edition of the European Poker Awards was held on Tuesday night at the Blue Gin Bar at the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel in Monaco. After a 60-minute happy hour for all attendees, 11 awards were doled out.

On May 3, a veritable who’s who of the top names in European poker will gather at the Monte Carlo Bay and Resort in luxurious Monaco.
