’szagos’ may not have been the most well-known name in this week’s GGPoker Super MILLION$, but after outlasting a final table that included three former Super MILLION$ champions and taking home the $258,592 first-place prize, the Hungarian will now certainly be on the high-roller radar.

‘KingKongJoel‘ was in apex predator mode on Sunday as they worked their way through the 1,117 Day 2 survivors in the GG Spring Festival High Main Event to walk away with more than $1.25 million.

Three of the most respected high roller regulars each walked away with more than $400,000 in earnings on Thursday in the GGPoker Spring Festival action after they agreed to chopping up the biggest buy-in event on the schedule.

Just three days ago, Ronny Kaiser topped a 123-entry field in Event #45-H ($2,100 PLO-NL Turbo) to win $63,721.40. Turns out, that was just an appetizer for what became a main course with a half million dollar payday.
