Another Spaniard is beginning to make some bigger waves in the online poker scene. Juanki ‘B4NKR0LL3R’ Vecino, who now calls London home, emerged victorious in the 9,851-player field in the PokerStars Sunday Million for the first six-figure score of his career.

Vecino, who won a PokerStars Winter Series event and a High Roller Club event on PokerStars in early January, beat ‘9cream4‘ heads-up to win $105,729. It was one of three events Vecino won on Sunday. He also took down the $109 Sunday Wrap-Up and a $55 NLHE event.

Runner-up ‘9cream4’ earned $76,727.40 while third-place finisher ‘trollringen‘ ended up with $55,681.20.

Over on partypoker, the MILLION featured a three-way chop and an overlay. The final three players, ‘puhpuhpuh‘, ‘moneymonk2‘, and ‘Petter‘ came to terms on a deal with all three players picking up a six-figure score. The winner’s share and title went to ‘puhpuhpuh’ who outlasted the 4,581 other entries to bank $114,216.88. The event fell 418 players short of making the guarantee and ended up with an $83,714 overlay.

The Daniel Negreanu-inspired GG Masters on GGPoker continues to grow. This 1,940 players entered the freezeout event to fall $32,280 short of the guarantee. Germany’s ‘REPTAR‘ topped the field to turn their $150 buy-in into $44,945.82. GGpoker streamer Tudor ‘Scrimitzu’ Stefan finished runner-up for $32,038.92 while ‘Joris Gruis’ came in third position for $22,838.43.
