Sunday provided plenty of extra value for online grinders as some of the biggest tournaments schedule were subject to overlays.

The $215 partypoker MILLION had a combined field of 4,439 entries generating a prize pool of $887,800 – $112,200 short of the $1 million guarantee. ‘BinLife’ took full advantage of the extra cash, booking the win and taking home $140,400, one of the biggest scores of the weekend. ‘IlProfessore’ also took home a huge six-figure score as the runner-up, earning $120,000. ‘Lisek Chytrusek’ finished the tournament in third place for $68,700.

The overlays didn’t end there for partypoker. The $530 High Roller Bounty Hunter fell nearly $9K short of its $250,000 guarantee. ‘iplaypoker’ collected the bulk of the bounties with their first-place finish, earning $18,665.69 + $23,688.81 in bounties. ‘Achtungdiekurve’, who had a final table finish in the partypoker $5,200 Sunday Big Game last week, was the runner-up collecting $18,640.05 + $7,548.96. ‘MexicanJoker’ took home the bronze and $12,787.24 + $2,444.65 for their efforts.

PokerStars saw a rare overlay of their own as the $109 Sunday Million dipped below the 10,000-runner mark. With just 9,896 entries, PokerStars was left to cover the $10,400 difference from the nearly $90,000 in rake collected. In the end, Canadian grinder ’Evan31’ topped the massive field, earning the six-figure sum of $105,728.70. He defeated Germany’s ‘wiNNin83’ heads-up, who earned $76,727 as the runner-up. ‘Hendurr’ also booked a nice score, adding $55,681.20 to their bankroll.

In the PokerStars $2,100 Sunday High Roller, a pair of superstar Swedes chopped the bulk of the prize pool heads up. The official winner was ‘anteen’ who secured a deal for $34,745.94 before finishing in first place. The #3-ranked player in the world, Johannes ‘Greenstone25’ Korsar continued his recent hot streak, finishing as the runner-up, but taking home the big portion of the prize pool with a $35,137.05 score. Denmark’s #2-ranked pro ‘x_zola25’ finished in third for $19,445.77 while the #1-ranked player in the world Sami ‘LarsLuzak’ Kelopuro was the stone bubble of the 59 entries, finishing in seventh.

Over on 888poker, the marquee $215 Sunday Mega Deep fell just over $16K short of their $100K guarantee. Russia’s 2019 XL Inferno Main Event champion ‘D3n1sk4PP’ continued his solid year by taking down the tournament for $19,350. In the process he denied ‘CPU0r’ the chance to go back-to-back in this event after he won it last week. ‘CPU0r’ did collect another $14,500 to go with his $19,350 score from last week. ‘ThBuddha’ also nabbed a five-figure score of $11,000 for their third-place finish.
