It seems that Pennsylvania might have been a popular destination for people going to see family for Thanksgiving week and the Sunday Majors. Numbers across four of the five big events at PokerStars PA were up in a big, big way.

The $30 Sunday Warm-Up drew 441 entries with, up from the 369 entries a week ago. ‘Jesushadgr8abs‘ topped the field to win $2,167.50 while ‘74114‘ earned $1,588.70 as the runner-up. ‘PotCommitted186‘ finished third for $1,164.51.

The $10 Sunday Storm went from 622 runners last week to 651 this week. Just like last week, this week’s Storm also ended in a chop. ‘BMiller11‘ finished first and took home $811.96 while ‘timmy72089‘ actually earned the lion’s share thanks to the deal. He won $927.94 for finishing second. Third place finisher ‘hbekanich‘ earned the scheduled $497.64.

The marquee event on the schedule, the $100 Sunday Special, drew 596 entries pushing the prize pool to $54,712.80 – well past the $40,000 guarantee. ‘TightIsRight570‘ walked away with $9,643.95 as the outright winner. Runner-up ‘Check 4 U695‘ earned $6,998.41 while ‘TeamVillage‘ rounded out the podium finishers, earning $5,078.74 for finishing in third place.

A familiar face topped the 85-entry field in the $250 Sunday High Roller. One week after winning the Sunday Special, ‘AllinWithAJoff‘ won $4,762.18 for shipping the SHR. ‘RiverMeDaddy‘ won $3,520 for finishing runner-up and ‘lilholdem952‘, who was runner-up in the Sunday Special last week, earned $2,601.90 for finishing third. This event enjoyed the most significant bump, going from 57 entries to 85.

The only event that didn’t meet the guarantee was once again the $50 Sunday Supersonic. The 92-player field was one runner bigger than last week’s but still fell $676 short of the $5,000 guarantee (before fees). ‘Aquatin‘ made his way through the 91 other players and won $1,187.48. A second runner-up finish for ‘74114’ earned that player $873.16. Third-place finisher ‘anamlr‘ pocketed $642.07.
